Tash my son Delijah Is 14 months old so today was our first dentist appointment at their Chester 😍 Location, the office beautiful the aesthetics is awesome. You walk in and you feel like it’s not a dentist. It’s like a spa for kids. They have a nice beverage station. Nice beautiful blue couches. The carpet is awesome especially for the kids that do not like the Dentist. The staff was even better. The Dentist was so hands-on. She knew a lot. She’s a mother so she were very hands-on with us I love them so much. I would recommend them The staff that helped us was Dr. Tamar and Ms. Taniyia We’re so nice. They greeted you. My son was laughing and smiling at them. He was so happy they’re gentle with your child I just felt like I knew them for years , but it was our time when it was our first appointment please I recommend them to anyone even kids with disabilities or autism. They are very nurturing. also, if you do want to do their Chester 😍 location they are only open on Wednesdays for now. I’m sure that we’ll probably change so you will have to call and make an appointment.

I wish I could review this practice for their dentistry, but unfortunately we waited about 30 minutes for our appointment with a 2 year old. After 25 minutes I asked about rescheduling and whether these were the typical wait times. The woman behind the front desk informed me that it is regularly at least a 20-25 minute wait. This practice might work for older children, but if you have a younger child or a toddler, I do not recommend. If this is their standard wait time, they should advertise that to people with very young patients so you can pack books and entertainment. A huge bummer considering it’s a convenient location for us!

This Was Such A Wonderful Experience! Our Appointment Was Scheduled For 8AM, We Arrived By 7:55AM, We Were Called Back At About 8:05AM (My Daughter Made A Friend & They Played With Legos Together In The Waiting Area), And We Were Done Within 15 Minutes! The Atmosphere Is So Relaxing & Comfortable, The Entire Staff Was Pleasant, Polite, & A Pleasure To Speak To & Overall The Quality Is Top Tier. My Daughter Was Excited Initially And Then Became Somewhat Nervous Because Her Previous Dentists' Office Did Not Clean Her Teeth Like They Do At The Children's Tooth Spa Which Shows The Lack Of Quality Over At The Other Place. Here At The Children's Tooth Spa, The Dental Team Explained Every Step To Her, Reassured Her, Referred To Her By Her Name Throughout The Visit Which I Feel Is Quality Engagement On Their Part, & Gave Her A Dental Friendly Treat Once She Was All Done. I Would Absolutely HIGHLY Recommend This Experience & Team To All Of The Families That I Know. I Can't Wait To Come Back In 6 Months And I Also Wish That They Had An Adult Location 😫🤣 For Myself 💡🤔!

I came in with my niece Aubrey the other week. We had a wonderful experience. Stephanie was amazing. Dr. Abby was great. Everyone made her feel super comfortable. The office was very clean and inviting. Stephanie explained everything she was doing in detail and put Aubrey at ease. The sugar free lollipop at the end was the icing on the cake. We can't wait for the next visit!

Miss Sam was amazing! She not only took the time to clean my son’s teeth but she also made sure to educate us both about dental hygiene and give us time tips to improve. During the entire process she checked in with my son to make sure he was okay and then gave him treats at the end which him so happy! The assistants were so welcoming and kind, my son was happy to come. Love this place so much
